Privacy

Hyex stores what it needs to build and adapt your plan, and nothing is shared with other people unless you choose to join a group.

What we store

Your questionnaire answers, body measurements, the plan we generate, and the sets and runs you log. All of it is tied to your account only.

Who can see it

You. Every table is protected by row-level security in the database, so another user cannot read your rows even by asking the database directly.

Groups

If you join a group, members see your display name, how many sessions you completed this week, and your streak. Never your weights, body data, health answers or logs. There is no setting that shares those.

Export

Settings → Export my data downloads everything we hold about you as one JSON file.

Delete

Settings → Delete account removes your account and every row tied to it, immediately and permanently.

Health answers

Your health screening answers only decide whether your plan starts carefully. They are never shown to anyone and are never used for anything else.
